Dual Prong Wireless Digital Meat Thermometer The 2 stainless-steel probes allow you to: - Monitor and manage the temperatures of two pieces of meat separately. - or with a very big piece of meat, you may monitor the temperature in two places in the meat simultaneously - or you can monitor and manage the temperature in one piece of meat and attach the second probe to the drip using the grid clip provided. You can now monitor the target temperature at the direct cooking surface. The probes have 105 cm steel mesh cables. The probe and cables can withstand up to 380°C
