Split the half grill into two cooking levels using the rack and manage heat exposure to each half using the half-moon ceramic heat deflector plates/cooking stones. These cooking stones can be used to make pizza or double up on the thickness of your pizza stone increasing the heat retention for the perfect pizza crust. The cooking rack / accessory ring provides holders for your Potjie pot or drip pan or a platform for pot or pan. Having more friends over, double up the grilling area by including the standard grill and you now have 2 full size grilling levels, now everyone's welcome.
